The History

The Pennsylvania Yankee Theater Company (affectionately referred to as PYTCo, pronounced 'pitco') was founded back in the summer of 1978 as a part of the Keuka Arts Festival. With its maiden production of Oklahoma at the Hegeman hall auditorium at Keuka College, PYTCo established itself as a theatrical presence in the Finger Lakes. Since that time, PYTCo has put on numerous musical and dramatic productions ranging from classics like The Sound of Music, to the more recent Children of Eden.  For a complete listing of the shows done by PYTCo, refer to the Past Productions page.
